Arcānum is a study in hidden variables. It began as a precise, cool-fermented Bière de Garde built on a foundational canvas of Vienna and Caramunich malts. Introduced to our american white oak foeder, it underwent a secondary transformation with wild yeast strains that have been quietly evolving since the vessel’s inception.

This extended aging creates a beautiful echo of the original beer, structured by time and wood. Understood by few, but ready to be shared.
